Pani for pani puri

This recipe has been given to me by my friend . The taste is exactly like you get at chat shops. You will stop buying the ready made mixture !!!

INGREDIENTS:-6-7 cups water

1/2 cup pudina leaves ( mint)

Lime size tamarind ball

2-3 green chillis ( reduce or increase the quantity as per your taste)

1/2”ginger piece

1 tsp roasted jeera

2-3 cloves (laung)

1/4 tsp black pepper

Juice of 1/2 lime

Red chilli powder as per taste

Salt to taste

Kala namak 1/2 tsp

METHOD:- Grind pudina , green chillis, ginger, jeera, laung pepper,red chilli powder.

Make pulp of tamarind , add the water, pudina paste , kala namak, salt, lime juice . Adjust seasoning according to taste.
Make it atleast 1hour before serving. Serve chilled.
